Hyundai IONIQ 5 [1] is available with a range of power electric (PE) configurations to fit the mobility needs of every customer, with no compromises on performance. Customers can select from two battery pack options, either 58.0 kWh or 77.4 kWh, and two electric motor layouts, either with a rear motor only or with both front and rear motors.

When equipped with two-wheel drive (2WD) and 77.4 kWh battery, IONIQ 5’s maximum driving range on a single charge will be around 507km[1], according to the Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP) standard.

[Hyundai IONIQ 6]
Hyundai IONIQ 6 [2] is available with a range of power electric (PE) configurations to fit the mobility needs of every customer, with no compromises on performance. Customers can select from two battery pack options, either 53.0 kWh or 77.4 kWh, and two electric motor layouts, either with a rear motor only or with both front and rear motors.

When equipped with two-wheel drive (2WD) and 77.4 kWh battery, IONIQ 6’s maximum driving range on a single charge will be around 614km (Estimated with a pre-production model), according to the Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP) standard.

That’s why we cover our batteries and system components for our electric vehicles with a 10- year / 160,000 km warranty [2], whichever comes first.

The parts with warranty coverage are listed as below [2] :

While all electric-car batteries will experience degradation over time, ours will not degrade more than 70 percent of the original capacity during the warranty period.

Electric Limited Battery Warranty covers defects in the factory workmanship or materials of the vehicle's lithium-ion battery for 10 years from the date of original retail delivery or date of first use, or 160,000 km, whichever occurs first.

The electric vehicles such as Hyundai IONIQ 5 & IONIQ 6 [1] do not use any combustible fuel and therefore emit zero tailpipe emissions. And because they also do not have a clutch or gears, the maintenance cost is reduced.[2]
